Online registration takes just three easy steps

1. Register with your contact details.
2. Register your product using the EAN code on the packaging, and, in the case of a xenon product, verify its authenticity first using the integrated OSRAM Trust Tool (required: packaging label code, data on lamp base).
3. Upload the receipt.

How to claim your warranty

OSRAM XENARC ULTRA LIFE or OSRAM ULTRA LIFE headlight lamps that fail to work properly due to a product defect in non-commercial applications during the warranty period are covered by the OSRAM guarantee program and will be replaced. To receive a new lamp, just send the defective product in a padded package along with the complaint form, receipt (in the case of no online registration) and postage paid to the OSRAM contact address from the country list.
